This book is designed as a resource for students to learn, revise and practise their vocabualary. Each page contains 6 pictures and a word for each picture. There are 48 nouns in total.

In Part 1 both the kana and romaji are beside each picture. This gives students the opportunity to learn or revise their words.

In Part 2 students are given the opportunity to draw a little picture for the Japanese word.

In Part 3 students see the picture and they can try to write the word for the picture. Students can try to write the kana, the romaji or both.

Parts 2 and 3 can be used to revise and practise vocabulary, students can look back at Part 1 for assistance in completing tasks if they need to.
